Introduction	In East Bangalore, I'm Charles Wyatt, and I've been coming to represent Birla Estates new premiums high-rise residential development, Birla Evara. Distributed across 25 acres in Kodathi Village on Sarjapur Road, Birla Evara is a current residential neighborhood. Featuring 1,594 luxurious condominiums spread across 13 towers (2B+G+24 stories), this project is designed with 80% open spaces and advanced facilities. In order to re-create city living, every house has been carefully constructed to offer big decks, lots of respiration, and attractive vistas.
