Introduction	You can call me Buncol. I am 21 years old and I studied abroad in Rome over the spring semester. During my 4 months there, I joined the University soccer (calcio) team and continued following my passion for soccer. On March 8th, 2012, in the first 5 minutes of the game, I ran in for a rebound, kicked the ball with the outside of my foot, and then everything that could go wrong, did. I planted my right foot in the turf with my toe pointing to my left, my knee buckled and my body twisted to the right. I immediately felt and heard a pop and dealt with the biggest pain I have ever felt. Following this incident, I decided to share my experience for the next person who sees their world suddenly turned upside down due to a freak knee injury.
