| Introduction | Born in Guwahati, Assam, India, where I spent most of my formative years and trained as a photographer, while learning many aspects in photo journalism, portraiture, wildlife and nature and documentation photography. While gaining experience with different photographic situations, life led me to live and work in North east India for its enchanting surroundings and ethnic diversity. Inspired and stimulated through many imaginative and successful News paper and magazine editorial assignments and advertising within a market that demands versatility, an eye for detail and original creativity kept me in constant demand as a documentation specialist in all aesthetic branch of photography. From within this atmosphere with an open attitude to be prolifically artistic I expanded my creative vision, influence and market by living and working all over India and aim is to work in more location apart from my home country. Currently based in my town of birth, Guwahati, I continue to travel all over the India, passionately creating cutting edge images for various editorial and advertising assignments. |
