| Introduction | I was raised in the quaint town of El Segundo, CA by wonderful parents. For college, I went across the country to Harvard University and graduated in 2004 with a B.A. in Psychology. During college, I started my own business (Designs by Tamiko) providing calligraphy, design, and event coordinating services for special events. I love weddings, especially, and have designed invitations, programs, menus, and more for hundreds of them, including my own in November of 2006. Some of my work has been featured in Los Angeles Weddings and Inside Weddings magazines, and my clients are scattered all over the country. I discovered Swoozie’s in March of 2007 and have been honored to contribute to the company’s creative efforts as a graphic designer. When I’m not designing stuff, I’m admiring other designers’ creations, drooling over fabulous typography, spending time with my amazing husband, reading, kickboxing, or entertaining guests at our home in Beaverton, OR. |
