Introduction	I am semi-retired working in partnership with Lisa for the Butterfly Wings Early Years Consultancy. I am teacher trained in the UK and lived in Africa for nearly ten years - Zambia and Kenya. I started a private international school in Zambia called Nsansa School and was Principal for four years until we migrated to Australia. I have three grown up sons who are all married and now have 6 grandchildren with the 7th on the way. I am committed to helping and supporting families with very young children through the Butterfly Wings Program - now in its tenth year at Springwood Community Centre. We also provide Professional Development for Child Care educators and early years teachers as well as fun, informative hands on workshops for families. I am really enjoying sharing the grandchildren's lives as they grow up - so quickly - and my favourite are times are family times.
