Only after we reestablish good governance in Washington will we see an improved economy, more jobs, smaller government and real debt reduction. | Interests | Good governance led from the center, our only path to economic progress, reduced market uncertainty, and increased employment; leaders who have the courage and Common Sense to collaborate, replacing the power drunk who cow-tow to their far left and the far right fringes at the expense of the moderate middle majority; sound, rational, reasonable thinking; a strong defense leading the world to an extended time of great peace; budget balancing through smaller government and increased revenue; America as a global player befitting America's status (given by God), not a selfish isolationist; safer American cities and towns; better education and incentives to expand America's position in product innovation, design and manufacturing; a strong American infrastructure in particular in water, electrical transmission and transportation of goods; clean and renewable energy including nuclear as a core and growing source of base load electrical energy supply to the grid; health care policy that includes financial incentives for Americans to lead much healthier lives; people of honesty and integrity; politicians who see themselves as public servants, who serve the public interest; how to rid Washington, state and local governments of narcissists who ruin our country...... We can't agree on everything, but, we can agree on a LOT. And so, this is what the 2012 election is about. It is about good governance. From good governance, defined as the willingness to collaborate, and natural bipartisan instinct, America will shine brightly once again. To make this happen, it is the middle majority which must rise, and seize control from both the far right, and the far left. To do so, the middle - most of you - must force the candidates to come to Center; to gather their mandate to lead from the Center, rather from either fringe. This will embolden them to do the right thing, rather than doing that which will bring them favor from their fringe supporters. |
