Introduction"In every deliberation, we must consider the impact of our decisions on the next seven generations." Seven generations is both a long, long time and also the span of one lifetime. You may have a photo of you as an infant being held by a great-grandparent. You probably knew/know your grandparents, you had your parents and then your own generation with you and any siblings. Then you may have your own children, they, in turn, may have children. You may even live long enough to take a photo holding your great-grandchild. Seven generations over the course of one lifetime. Now, wouldn't it be great, if your great-grandparents, made decisions that not only positively impacted the generations of children they would know, but also the generations of children that they didn't. That they would make impactful decisions for your great-grandchildren. Food for thought.
