| Introduction | I was a preclinical medical student whose finances were all over the place (as were my efforts with babes). I hoped my summer holiday job as a croupier would slow my descent into terminal debt and it did. I became a full-time student with a full-time job, desperately in need of a full night's sleep... then a lorry load of shit hit a giant wind turbine! But, instead of writing about all that, I've decided to deal cards, fatten my wallet and continue the story of Princess Tanya's Beautiful Dreams... a blogstory which, three and a half years later (September 2011), has morphed into Dark by the River; the second book in my planned quartet. In my opinion, it's third rate Stieg Larsson! So it's pretty darn good. (However, I seem to be the only person on the planet who holds this opinion.) |
