| Introduction | Hi !!! I am based in Thane (Maharashtra). I am conducting cooking and Warli painting classes for ladies and children for more than 10 years. What attracted me about Warli Painting is simplicity of the art. Warli art depicts day-to-day life of tribals from Jawahar Taluka of Thane district in Western India. I am showcasing events/culture/celebration of Warli tribals in the form of paintings on bed sheets, saris, frames, ethnic kurti pieces, handmade paper lamps, laminated table mats, envelopes and dupattas etc. These articles are available at Rs.300 onwards. Other artifacts available with me includes Ganpati idol made on stone, which is ideal for small gifts, price range starting from Rs.150 onwards; Stuffed Satin Cushions, ideally suited for car and sofas ranging from Rs.350 onwards.
