Introduction	I am a dessert foodie college student attempting to become a dessert guru. After a long week of Speech Science I relax with some of the best joys of life - sweets and chocolate. I am a mixture of caffeine, chocolate, and perfectionism which is challenging when ingredients don't see eye to eye with the baker.
