Introduction The Great River blog is updated frequently with anything I feel is useful to our T'ai Chi practice: text, images, observations from class... Great River T'ai Chi School began in 2002: we teach all over Aberdeenshire as well as East London and near Kingston, Surrey. Briefly, we teach Yang Style Short Form, Long Form, applications, Push Hands, Ta Lu, Wabu, Chi Kung, rooting and uprooting, Sabre Form, Sword, Staff, as well as further studies. Please go to www.greatrivertaichi.co.uk for the full details of our approach and syllabus. Caroline began studying T'ai Chi in 1986 and in 2001 began to study regularly with Master Mark Raudva at The T'ai Chi Centre in London (see link on main blog). We also hold workshops that he teaches every year in NE Scotland. Mark was a long time student of Grandmaster John Kells, with whom Caroline also studied during 2006.
