Introduction | I'm a professional Chef and a senior in college. I've worked in 4-diamond hotels & resorts, award-winning restaurants, and great reviews with my catering gigs. But to be quite honest, that's not my true passion. I'm a musician. I've loved music since I was 3, and have played almost every orchestral instrument to date for concerts. Yet with music, it's a bit of a tricky business to get into and stay afloat in, so... I became a Chef! I mean, they're both some sort of 'art' right? It works for me. I chose the name "the Discipulus" (or "the Student" in Latin) only because I feel as if a student of this world and all of it's knowledge that is to attain. I know it sounds kinda corny, but it's true. Although I have my certain beliefs, philosophies, moral codes, and opinions, nothing is set in stone. The more I know, the better I can 'tweak' my outlook in my own eyes. |
