| Introduction | I have a variety of experience in theatre, circus and opera. I finished my studies at The School of Physical Theatre and the London International School of Performing Arts (LISPA) in London, where I co founded Clown Me In, a clown company with fellow colleague Sabine Choucair from Lebanon (www.clownmein.com). I have always had a strong interest in working with marginalized communities, and use theatre and clowning as a means of exploring conflict transformation, as much as I like to play with performers around the world for a more theatrical purpose. Hailing from Mexico City,I have toured throughout Mexico and the Middle East, bringing simultaneously surreal and earthy clown characters to audiences at venues ranging from large urban stages to refugee camps. |
