| Introduction | Fitness has been a part of my entire life. I am a former All-American athlete from the University of Connecticut where I major in Kinesiology. Following my athletic career I continued my studies at the Univeristy of Florida and earned a Masters Degree in Exercise and Sport Science. I have been a certified personal trainer for 5 years and I have recently opened up my own personal training studio in La Costa, Ca. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and have personal training certifications with the American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Most recently I have become a Licensed Practitioner of Sport Nutrition through the National Association of Sport Nutrition. |
