| Introduction | I am a part of what's called the Gamecock Nation. I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Naval Science. I am a Captain and Logistician currently transitioning from the Marine Corps to Corporate America. My blog title is a play on homonyms and acronyms, and no, I’m not a linguist. I'm a self-educating person who’s trying to gear himself towards the growing phenomenon of online social networking. The WI-FI standing for “Why I Face It,” “Why Fi?,” and of course, the wireless internet capabilities of technology. I've been raised and taught to use face-to-face interaction and networking through real people vice “real” people, but hope to share with you my own thoughts and opinions on numerous subjects. As well, take you through my personal and professional life, life in the Marine Corps, and life of interacting with this new found era of networking by sharing with you. |
