Introduction	It's strange but as life got easier for me I started having weight loss problems. I went from hard labour jobs which kept me fit to teaching others how to use their computer and software. I went from heavy lifting and hard work to sitting on my behind giving instruction until I was 60 pounds over weight.

Favorite movies	Can't say I have favorites but I like sci-fi and action.
