| Introduction | I'm 29, married and have a 13 year old stepdaughter, a 5 year old daughter and a beautiful baby girl born on March 15. I live in Toronto which I don’t like too much. I guess I have the small town girl still in me. It has its good points though! It helped me to get an agent and do a few little parts in a couple movies and TV shows. But our dream is to move to Nashville. Someday… (sigh) I've recently become an organic and natural nut. Some have called me the hippy guru. I've discovered how toxic our world is. Food, cleaners, makeup, soaps, flouridated toothpaste, etc. I've begun making my own laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc. I've stopped buying pre-prepared foods, instant meals, and have started going back to homemade. I'm not quite where I want to be yet, but a long way from where I started. I am constantly researching and studying new food ideas, old ideas that we've abandoned, and the crap we eat today. After losing 2 people to cancer last year, I'm going to do everything I can to not let that happen to me & my family. |
