| Introduction | I am a pastry chef specializing in gluten free pastries - cookies, muffins and cakes. Every great story is about LOVE. My story is about LOVE, too, the love of my daughter who for a good part of her life has suffered from digestive problems. It wasn't until recently that a doctor suggested a Gluten-free diet. I had to google the word "gluten" because I had no idea what it was. Then I needed to find out everything about this protein that was causing such havoc in my daughter's system. Sure enough it was in so many of the things she loved to eat. And that's when my research shifted to cookbooks and recipes. After many months and many calories later I have created some extraordinary new foods. My cookies and muffins are made only from pure organic ingredients, minus the gluten. I believe that eating extraordinary foods is not a privilege for some but for all of us! Why don't you try one of my gluten free delights! |
