| Introduction | Raised in Frederick, Chaz Alexander first discovered hip hop at the age of 7 when he first heard "Wu-Tang Forever" in his cassette player. Though he did not understand the social commentary throughout the record and hip hop as an art form at the time, Chaz Alexander knew that he liked what he heard. Flashforward: In 6th grade, Chaz Alexander discovered that he had an uncanny ability to write poetry and started writing poetry and participating in Poetry Slams for the next few years. By his freshman year in high school, Chaz met up with local artist and high school friend BDP and started to record music with him and other local talents. Chaz Alexander hopes to make the un-relatable relatable in his music and, more importantly, strives to make music for music's sake and not personal gain.
