Introduction	I love cooking and eating good food, and I love eating out at good restaurants. I believe that cooking is an art and doing the dishes is a gruesome chore. Whenever possible, I try to use the best organic ingredients. I do not cook or eat red meat, so the only non-vegetarian dishes you'll find here include fish and poultry. My vegetables are always organically grown. They come mostly from our vegetable garden (my husband's hobby), or Whole Foods. When humanly possible I love to explore this incredible world around us!
