| Introduction | I was born near the Mississippi River in a small Western Tennessee town. I grew up loving Westerns (and especially John Wayne), and I've never lost my love for a good adventure (movie or real life!). I am a professor of Biblical Studies, but I like to do more than read the Bible. I've managed retail stores, worked in a dairy farm, and traveled overseas to Russia, Israel, Greece, Italy, and other places. C. S.
