| Introduction | The everyday make-up artist While thinking about topics for my blogs I was torn between advice for the every day woman and tips for the professional make-up artist. The truth is the two can be very different. While I can go into depth about how to create a perfect face for photos, involving all the contouring, shaping, redefining, puffing, plucking, you name it a make-up artist does. This kind of routine doesn’t really fit for the everyday woman. I decided to try for a nice middle ground. I know I personally don’t apply my own make-up the way I would on a model in a fashion show or photo shoot. It’s just not practical. However some basic skills from being a make-up artist transition beautifully into everyday wear. I want you to be the best looking you that you can be. So I’m going to include my knowledge from both home and work and you can find the amount of effort that works for you on a every day basis. |
