| Introduction | I am a lifelong nature lover. Our company offers custom garden design and care. It is like having a personal gardener. Our typical contract includes a total garden care estimate based on anticipated hours needed for the season. Then that amount is divided by the seasonal months which go from mid February to December 15, in Indiana. This allows for our great fluctuations in the arrival of Spring! Serious clean-up happens before winter so that the delicate early bulbs can bloom without rake damage. Yet the branches and heavy leaf pack can be removed promptly without the hassle of scheduling. All products provided are separately billed from labor. it is rare that hours go over estimated. In fact there were several clients who did not have to pay for the last two weeks in 2008 due to the drought. We have simple one time design and/or installation contracts too. We train and manage our sub-contractors to do a detailed job, in your particular way. |
