| Introduction | To the friends. I have never met and those I have yet to. I’m Daniëlle. Thank you for making this journey with me at Her Beautiful Melancholy. It is truly a pleasure meeting you all. I created this blog as a journal. I want to start writing again after losing my passion for writing. And as a way to document my life. I want to write down and share my 3 a.m conversations and crazy theories with anyone that wants to listen and share some stories of their own. I want to share my experiences and the lessons I learned. How I learned to love myself, OCD and all. And how I picked myself back up after depression and anxiety had me revising everything deadly in my possession, more times than I can count. How my depression made me discover talent and love for poetry and painting and never even knew I had. And if my experiences inspire even one person going through a difficult time, then that would be more than enough for me. Amazing right? Even now. Amidst the chaos of it all. I can still say, THE WORLD IS STILL BEAUTIFUL. |
