| Introduction | Health Care Research Foundation (HCRF) was established in 2003 as a “Guarantee Limited” company registered under the Companies Act No 17 of 1982 (Reg No: N (A) 1203. In 2010 the Health Care Research Foundation was upgraded under the Companies Act No 7 of 2007 and granted the registration number G A 662. The Health Care Research Foundation is governed by the Board of Governors appointed according to the Companies Act No 17 of 1982 and Companies Act No 7 of 2007 to direct and manage the functions of HCRF declared in the Memorandum and Articles of Health Care Research Foundation. |
