| Introduction | Twenty-something living in Kitchener, Ontario. I am vegan because I can't think of a single reason not to be. Compassionate lifestyles inspire me and this blog is my vegan. ABOUT THIS BLOG This blog is nothing more than my own personal vegan journey. I'm not a chef, or even a particularly adept novice cook, so I don't often make up my own recipes. I just buy lots of vegan cookbooks, make things from them, and then tell you how it goes. If there are author-approved digital versions of the recipes I discuss I will share them, otherwise I will encourage you to purchase the books that they come from. I take copyright issues regarding intellectual property seriously and that is why I can't share every recipe that I try. Vegan cookbook authors work so hard for our cause and in turn they deserve to be compensated. If you are a vegan cookbook author I hope that you are pleased with having your cookbook featured on This is Vegan.
