| Introduction | My name is Julie. I'm 54 Years Young and a wife and a mother to 3 adult children and 2 young grandsons. My mission in life is to share my passion for staying young and fit. I myself was diagnoised with Fibromyalgia at the age of 39 which set in motion my way to find a symptom free life. I found it with a change in diet and workouts.
