| Introduction | José Miguel Sarroca is General Counsel at the National Chamber of Commerce (www.cnc.cl) He has served as a assistant professor of International Private Civil Law and worked for three years as Assistant Director of Faculty Graduate at the Universidad del Desarrollo Law School (2006-2007-2008). Between(1998-1999-2000),he worked as legal advisor of the Municipalidad Lo Barnechea. Additionally,he served as legal advisor to Entel PCS Telecomunicaciones (2000-2001) and to BankBoston, N.A.(2001-2002-2003). Mr.Sarroca studied law at the Universidad Gabriela Mistral Law School Chile and was admitted to the bar in 1998.He also received a Master in Business Law (MBL) from the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez Law School in 1999-2000. He is fluent in spanish and english. |
