Introduction I have a long, long list of habits I want to create and projects I want to complete (or start!). I feel guilty way too often about items stranded for months (and years!) on my to-do list and about habits that never seem to stick (e.g., running). I am done feeling guilty. I'm going to dedicate one-week to each habit I wish to create. If at the end of the week that new habit is bringing me happiness, I will try to keep it. If at the end of the week the habit is more stress than it's worth - I'm leaving the habit and I'm leaving the guilt! Welcome to my blog.
