Introduction	Hello everyone! Well, let me start by saying I just moved to Austin all of 4 months ago-and it is a great town. I came from the small mountain town of Ruidoso, NM. I went to New Mexico State for two years before I decided I had enough of that-and thats what brought me here. I love to learn-especially about bettering my mind, body, and spirit through healthy eating, exercise, and meditation. Nature and music come in to play for meditation-they are the most natural cure-alls out there! Once I establish my residency (it takes one year) I would like to transfer to UT, majoring in nutrition. From what we discussed this week, I would categorize myself as a Populist. I do believe in equality for all, but I also believe that traditional values and morals should be applied with changing times. I am not very familiar with politics, it is all such a mess to me. I suppose thats why I'm in this class-to make me more politically savvy.
