| Introduction | I am Becs, mother to 5 wonderful kids. I am happily married to my wonderful husband Mark. I have struggled with my weight since I had my first child. Before that I was always a skinny person, who could eat and not work out and would not gain a pound. That has been the hardest struggle for me. But I am working on it, and will continue to work on it for the rest of my life...I will not allow myself to get as big as I was. This is the new me, the start of the rest of my life. Being healthy for myself, my husband and my children! |
