Introduction	I was born and raised in a small suburb east of Atlanta. Moved to Florida 13 years ago to escape the traffic, crime, and pollution and never looked back. Career wise I spent 15 years in various aspects of real estate - redevelopment, planning & design, sales & marketing, community research & development – until 2006, when the proverbial mid-life crisis hit. While most guys might just go buy a fancy new sports car to tool around in, I took a more adventurous (reads expensive) route; and quit my job to become a struggling college student. Along the way, a passion for learning and teaching found me. In my misspent youth, I was the guy who didn't care about school; now I work hard to maintain a near 4.0 GPA and plan to become a f/t teacher at the elementary level. Go figure. The rest as they say is a work in progress…
Interests	learning, teaching, politics, psychology, activism, travel, reading, religion, and much more...
Favorite Movies	Classics, festival, independent, thrillers, and drama are my favorite genres.
Favorite Music	To say my taste in music is eclectic would be an understatement.
Favorite Books	The only thing I have time to read these days involves conflict resolution in the classroom, promoting effective literacy, psychology, curriculum approach. Enough said. If/when I have the luxury of reading for pleasure again, I'll get back to you.

Ha. I'll just look at the contact list in my cell phone if I need a number.
