Introduction Sylvester & Kimberly come to you with over 25 years of culinary expertize. Our cooking styles are of Northern and Western orientation with a Southern flare. We have been in the foodservice industries from childhood working with many family members and friends ranging from Chefs to Caterers to event planners. So it is easy to assume that we were born to work in this industry. Cooking is ingrown and has become our lifes love and passion. Our backgrounds come from an array of influences starting with work experiences from as far out west as the Mandalay Bay Hotel and the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, to the east coast of the US Naval Submarine Base in Groton, CT. We are now Carolinians to the heart with stints in Charlotte and surrounding areas. Our resumes now include the Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, The US Whitewater Rafting Center, the South Charlotte Banquet Center, the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center, Centerstage @ Noda, TPC Piper Glen Country Club and Queens University Student Dining Hall just to name a few.
