| Introduction | Jim O’Sullivan joined Ross & Company in 2004 from Spencer Stuart, the world’s largest privately-held executive search firm, where he was a member of the Technology, Communications and Media Practices. His search experience includes a range of successful, senior-level recruitments across multiple industry segments, with a particular emphasis on software, information systems, business process outsourcing, healthcare, and education. Over his career, Jim has conducted over 150 searches for board members, general management, finance, sales/ marketing, and product development executives. During his tenure at Spencer Stuart, he was considered a “subject matter expert” in software, and was leveraged by recruiting teams within the United States and globally.
