Introduction I'm semi-retired and a passionate, long-time local community volunteer. My wife and I have lived the good life in the Education Hill neighborhood for many years. Our one daughter graduated from Gonzaga with two degrees, then earned a University of Montana Masters degree in Environmental Science. My hobbies of yesteryear were lacrosse and mountaineering; now it's walking downtown for a cup of coffee, experiencing nature on Redmond's many trails, biking, blogging and exercising at the gym. For 13 years, I've been publishing about three blog entries a week. Yes, I'm passionate about and my work as a volunteer and advocate. At times, I catalyze change. I have a special interest in mental health since I and some of my relatives were diagnosed & because it& city. school and EvergreenHealth ev#39;s stigmatized, hindering care. A big source of my news is neighborhood chat, local government meetings, local and regional events, and social media In the last two years I've spoken at many EvergreenHealth public meetings encouraging they provide mental health services. It appears they may open a Behavioral Health Urgent Care Clinic! Cheers!
