Introduction	Christa J. Mannarino, BFA, MBA, CFRE, has worked in the fields of nonprofit and marketing for nearly 20 years. She has been instrumental in structuring and promoting numerous initiatives for her community including neighborhood revitalization, environmental sustainability, state education standards and the cultural arts in service of community. Ms. Mannarino owned her own company, The Image Project, from 1992 – 2000 offering marketing and design management to a diverse range of industries including: commercial real estate, healthcare, nonprofit, retail and manufacturing. Ms. Mannarino served as executive director for the Association for Visual Arts from 2000-2010. Since June 2010, she has taken the role Director of Development for Major Gifts for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC). Ms. Mannarino currently serves as a board member of the Chattanooga Women's Leadership Institute; as a charter member of the local Rotary Club’s Pilot Nonprofit Committee; and as a member of UTC’s EMBA Advisory Board.
Interests	Enhancing operations of the nonprofit and social sectors through executive coaching, staff training, and board development. Encouraging civic leadership through example and mentoring. Supporting emerging leaders through think-circles, networking, and mentoring.
