Introduction	My name is Sylvain Wesley and i came from a little country name Cameroon located in central Africa. I came to the United States of America in 2009 with many ambitions. First, improve my knowledge and my skills by going to school. Second, to see what the number one country in the world look like. Finally, to understand the way their government works. I was stunned by the way this country is structure ( having different States ruling themselves differently and separately under the supervision of a strong national government). Texas is the only state i have been to since i came to this country; for that reason i wanted to understand how its government works. Personally i came from a complete different style of government so i cannot tell you guys whether i am Democrat or Republican. My goal is to clearly understand the way Texas is ruled and how those rules affect texans.
