| Introduction | I'm an active middle aged guy who enjoys keeping fit. I work full time at a mid-major university. I also referee high school basketball throughout Southern Illinois (So Ill). I basically ride about 150 miles a week. That's my goal anyway. I also hit the pool a few times a week for a simple 1 mile workout. I also run.
