| Introduction | Olivia Newman is a writer/director currently completing her MFA at Columbia University. She is currently in post-production on SUGAR PLUM, a short film she wrote and directed; in pre-production on her thesis film, FIRST MATCH; and is in development on two feature scripts. Prior to graduate school she worked in marketing and sales at Women Make Movies. She received her BA from Vassar College in French & Women's Studies. She lives in New York City with her husband, composer/musician Steve Lehman. |
