About me

Introduction	My love of photography got its roots during my school days in sunny Florida. Capturing moments with my camera and my love of sports united on the football field when our newspaper needed a photographer to cover games. There was a need; I jumped in to fill it. Little ‘ol me, walking the sidelines amongst the hulking football team, snapping away. It was a hard job, but someone had to do it! Between getting that perfect shot on the field, and also being the photographer for our yearbook, my desire to make photography my career was set. After marrying my husband, one of those football players!, I became a world traveler due to his career, The Army. Capturing moments of the sights and the people met at each duty station cemented my decision: capture those memories for others, also. So Memories Forever After Photography became a reality. There’s a saying, “if you love your work, you never have to work a day in your life.” I find that to be true. With excitement I meet each client, whether in my studio or on location. When I’m done with their session, I’ve added new friends to my life. Friends who give me the privilege of capturing their memories...forever after.
