Introduction	As a young man who has just started getting involved in the voting process, I realize how important it is. I would have to say that I share the liberal party’s view. Some of the Liberalist views include free trade, human rights, and fair elections. I would have to say the liberalist views on education are a huge contributing factor, since I am going into education. Liberals believe that they should raise teachers’ salaries, and add additional funds to public schools. I believe that individuals need to solve problems for themselves but in the time of a crisis the Government needs to come in and come up with a solution. I am taking this class because it is part of my major. At the end of this semester I would like to have a good understanding of the Government process, so that I am able to get more involved outside of the classroom. I was satisfied that I knew the same amount on both the civics and current events exam.
