Introduction	Hello and a Hearty Welcome!!! I have created this blog to keep my recipes together, mostly prepared with the Thermomix® avoiding processed food. Nurturing myself supporting local biodynamic, organic or fair trade ingredients, if possible. I use grams in my recipes for measurement rather than cups as the scale on the Thermomix® is indicated in grams.
