| Introduction | Wage-Slave to EMC Corporation. Yes, I'm loyal to them; I haven't been mistreated. But not so loyal that I'd keep doing my job if they suddenly stopped paying me. After all, if the best thing an employee of five years can say about a company is: "I haven't been mistreated.", then there's something fundamentally wrong. Yes, I'm a mercenary wretch. My loyalty is for sale. Loyalty to coin is loyalty, nonetheless... However, you can't put a $ amount on life-enriching experiences. I'd be willing to work at Google for peanuts (and maybe some cashews). |
