Introduction	In my professional life, I coordinate the marketing and business development efforts of a local architectural firm. My home is a detached house with a front porch and a backyard in Washington, D.C. that I share with several fantastic roommates. It is an easy walk away from a metro station, a number of delicious restaurants, Rock Creek Park, and about four liquor stores. This blog is an attempt to sort my thoughts and share snapshots of my life. By putting my musings on (virtual) paper, I'm better able to keep things in perspective. It also helps remind me that I actually enjoy writing, which can be easy to forget since just about everything I compose at work is somehow related to architectural qualifications.
