About me

Introduction My name is Marie Ande. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a wife and a mother. I love inspiring, teaching and educating moms about exercise, fitness, fat loss and healthy living. Sometimes when a woman feels guilty for taking time to exercise when she thinks she should be doing something else, like playing with her kids, running to the store for things the familiy needs, I remind her that "a great mom demonstrates (not just talks) good, healthy habits, including taking time to exercise and eat healthy, nutrionally supportive foods. Exercise and smart food choices are important to me and I know how much effort it takes to squeeze all things into a day. On top of getting the kids ready for school or off to the babysitter, grocery shopping, you may have a full time job or volunteer work, take care of parents, organize birthday parties, etc., it seems impossible to make room for yourself.
