Introduction I've been overweigh my whole life. I've tried every diet known to man. I Low Carbed on and off for about 10 years. Lost 80 pounds to begin with and kept off 60 low carbing on and off. I have been just floating between 250- 270's since then depending on what mood and diet I'm on. I'm here now and I'm determined to lose the rest. My heighest weight that I know of (was scared to weigh) was 311. Today on 03-21-2012 I'm 248.8 pounds. Wish me luck....

The first time you had your shoes taken off - how surprised were you to see that you still had toes?
