Introduction	In Faith for Today I hope to share with you insightful commentary regarding how Christian Faith can make sense today. I have been a Christian all of my life. I am not an ordained minister, but I have read theological works for over 30 years. I consider myself to be a progressive Christian and write from that perspective. I am currently retired from a 30 year career as a college professor and academic dean. My doctorate is from one of the "Big Ten" universities. I retain the title of dean emeritus from one of the nation's leading Catholic universities. I remain active on community boards and serve as a director of a local community bank.
