Introduction	I'm deeply concerned with the way in which most Americans eat. I used to eat the same as most, high protein (meats, fish, eggs, dairy) until I spent 8 months working on an Organic farm in Hawaii. I learned a lot about how poor my diet used to be, and now have been making a conscious effort to improve it to a mostly vegetable/grain whole food diet.
Interests	I'm interested in minimalistic sustainable living practices, and looking to gain more knowledge and experience in the subject.
