| Introduction | I have volunteered ever since i can remember in small ways, recently at bigger events and find getting involved gets easier the more you do. My latest adventure is taking me to Vancouver/Whistler for the Invictus Games. I also teach fitness classes, mostly to older adults to help them gain some fitness and support them with some social contact. As well as that I was coaching at the local running club, leading beginner groups. I struggle with my running, to the point it is currently non-existent, but am always full of words of wisdom for others, time to use them on myself. Oh and I actually have a day job too.
