| Introduction | I have been a restaurant cook and caterer for years yet I always struggle with meals for my household. My husband has been vegetarian for 22 years and we have two kids, 8 and 10. We both work long hours and our kids play waterpolo and swim 6-7 days a week. I am trying different things on the table all the time. I am always trying to find, and remember, anything that is an all around hit. A hit = easy, healthy, kid and husband friendly. P.S. The husband eats fish. . .Phew! |
